Following a nutrition plan made just for you can allow you to increase your state of overall wellness and well-being. Holistic Nutrition will determine if there are system imbalances that can be corrected/improved through proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. A Holistic Nutritionist will focus on the individual as a whole, so recommendations will be based on diet, supplements only if necessary, as well as lifestyle changes.

About Tammy

Recipe For Wellness was created in 2015 from my love of healthy eating and living a lifestyle that promotes good health and a feeling of well-being. 

My name is Tammy Prince and I am a Holistic Nutritionist, a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies. One of my main goals in life and with Recipe for Wellness is to help others any way that I can, making them feel better about themselves and making daily life just a bit easier and enjoyable. 

I am a life long learner and thrive on being around my family. I’m not a perfect eater, don’t always exercise as much as I should and I let stress get to me. But I try hard and most days I make good choices that I know will benefit my body and overall well-being. 

Outdoors and nature are my go to places when I need to unleash and forget about my worries. ( usually accompanied by my canine pals) I spend lots of time in the kitchen and when I am out shopping, I don’t buy anything without reading the label first. Perfection is not something I strive for but I do try to be the best “me” that I can be.
